About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager at Clear Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Data, Analytics and AI consulting projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their project management skills while contributing to transformative solutions in the data and AI space.

Serving clients across various industries, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience, and may have a Project Management or Business Analysis background.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.

• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain project documentation, including plans and reports.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.

• Support effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate resource allocation and availability in collaboration with team leads.

• Monitor team workload and highlight capacity issues to the Project Lead.

• Monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with forecasts.

• Support the delivery of project deliverables to a high standard.

• Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

• Use project management tools to track effort in a client reportable format.

Key Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Strong commercial acumen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in project management tools (such as Azure DevOps, JIRA) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Strong stakeholder management and exposure to senior stakeholders

• Commitment to on-time performance and meeting deadlines

• Ability to coordinate resources (e.g. technical teams) to deliver an outcome

• Experience in consulting or IT sector is a bonus

• Familiarity with the software life-cycle and project management methodologies including agile and waterfall.

• Degree in Business, Project Management, Business Analysis or a related field

• Basic understanding of data analytics, AI concepts, or cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Fabric, Databricks is a plus.
