As a Junior Project Manager at Clear Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Data, Analytics and AI consulting projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their project management skills while contributing to transformative solutions in the data and AI space.
2024 was a big year for Clear Strategy as we made the Top 10 at the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, won the Snowflake ‘UKI Services Accelerator Partner of The Year’ award and received the Acquisition International Magazine ‘Sustained Excellence in Data Analytics & Consultancy Services Award. Our goal is to accelerate even further in 2025, and we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join us on that journey.
Serving clients across various industries, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience, and preferrably a Project Management or Business Analysis background.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Monday.com, Notion etc.) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and exposure to senior stakeholders
- Commitment to on-time performance and meeting deadlines
- Ability to coordinate resources (e.g. technical teams) to deliver an outcome
- Experience in consulting or IT sector is a bonus
- Familiarity with the software life-cycle and project management methodologies including agile and waterfall.
- Degree in Business, Project Management, Business Analysis or a related field
- Basic understanding of data analytics, AI concepts, or cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or Azure is a plus
